INTODUCTION
Hello guys!Welcome back to my blog.So this is my third blog.First of all let me introduce myself,my name is Muhammad Harish Zharfan Bin Bazruddin so you all can call me Harish and I`m from Tanah Merah,Kelantam.I`m 19 years old.I`m one of the pre-diploma Agrotechnology (AT001) student in UiTMPahang Campus Jengka  . This is my new update about study skill and I hope you guys enjoy it and gain useful information.

Goals are part of every aspect of life and provide a sense of direction, motivation, a clear focus, and clarify importance. By setting goals, you are providing yourself with a target to aim for. A SMART goal is used to help guide goal setting. SMART is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely. Therefore, a SMART goal incoporates all of these criteria to help focus your efforts and increase the chances of achieving your goal.  





Goal are very important in varsity life because they help motivate you to do work, attend classes and study for exams.Even though yu already may have set some goals before in your life, chances are you thought little about wether those goals were realistic.



DEFINITION OF A GOAL

  • Attainable
  • Measurable
  • Has a time limit
  • Within your control
  • In writing


USEFUL AND MOTIVATING

  1. Goal should be self-chosen                 
  2. Goal should be moderately challenging
  3. Goal should be realistic
  4. Goal should be measurable
